The Terrorism of money: intercultural perspectives
At the Intercultural Institute of Montreal

It seems to us that while there is so much talk today, especially since 9/11/01, about terrorism, there isn't enough about the the terrorism of money which is at the core of our daily lives and relationships, wheter in relation to peoples of the world or with regard to the cosmos and to Reality and Life itself. Terrorism of money, which, by the way, is probably not without a link to the cause of the 9/11/01 terrorist event.

In this issue, you are invited to meditate and research action with us on this taboo topic, considered in the intercultural light of life-wisdoms of mankind, with 2 texts:

The Priced versus the Priceless, by Derek Rasmussen
Man-made Law,
by Robert Thomas

The 2 authors tell us that the problem is not the 'third world poor' but the socalled 'developped Euro-Americans' and their ideoligy of 'ever more', their money psychosis. It's an invitation not to fear what is priceless

Program :

Word of welcome by Robert Vachon, Director of INTERculture
